'폐점 후'(영문명 Afterclose: Night Delivery, 이하 '게임')에 적용됩니다.

1. 게임 저장 데이터

게임 진행(점수, 강화, 장비 등)은 이 기기 안에만 저장되며, 운영자의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 게임은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호를 묻지 않고 계정도 만들지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 저장 내용도 함께 사라집니다.

2. 운영자가 수집하는 개인정보

운영자는 게임을 통해 개인정보를 수집하거나 운영자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

게임은 Google AdMob의 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 광고는 이용자가 직접 선택해서 볼 때만 나오며, 게임 안의 추가 보상만 줍니다.

광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob이 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

수집 목적은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정·분석, 부정 클릭 등 사기 방지입니다. 이 정보는 Google이 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하며, Google 서버가 있는 해외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

iOS에서는 앱 추적 허용 요청(ATT) 창을 띄우지 않습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.

4. 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스 이용자

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스에서는 맞춤 광고 전에 Google의 동의 메시지(Google User Messaging Platform)가 표시됩니다. 맞춤 광고와 이를 위한 광고 ID 이용은 이용자의 동의(GDPR 제6조 제1항 a호)를 근거로 하며, 동의하지 않으면 법이 허용하는 범위에서 광고 제공·측정·사기 방지에만 정보를 쓰는 비맞춤·제한 광고가 나올 수 있습니다.

동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 다시 설치하면 동의 메시지가 다시 표시되며, 아래 문의 메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다. 이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·이의 제기·이동권을 가지며, 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.

게임의 운영 책임자는 주식회사 포터블뉴트리션(대한민국)이고, Google은 AdMob으로 수집하는 정보에 대해 독립적인 책임자로서 자체 방침에 따라 처리합니다. 운영자는 서버에 개인정보를 보관하지 않으므로, 광고 데이터에 관한 요청은 Google에 직접 하시거나 운영자에게 문의하시면 안내해 드립니다.

5. 미국 일부 주 이용자

캘리포니아 등 일부 주 거주자는 개인정보를 알 권리, 삭제를 요청할 권리, 맞춤 광고를 위한 '판매·공유'를 거부할 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보를 일부러 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침의 변경

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 내용을 올리고 시행일을 고칩니다.

Afterclose: Night Delivery Privacy Policy

This policy applies to "Afterclose: Night Delivery" (Korean title: 폐점 후; Japanese title: 閉店後：深夜配達), referred to below as "the game".

1. Game save data

Your game progress (score, upgrades, equipment and so on) is stored only on your device. We do not send it to our servers. The game does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and it does not create an account. If you delete the app or clear its data, your save data is deleted with it.

2. Personal information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the game, and we do not send personal information to any server we operate.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob. An ad appears only when you choose to watch one, and it only gives bonus in-game rewards.

To deliver ads, Google AdMob may collect the following information:

This information is collected for ad delivery, ad measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. Google processes it under Google's own privacy policy, and it may be processed on servers outside your country.

On iOS, the game does not show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

4. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are personalized. Personalized ads and the related use of your advertising ID are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not consent, Google AdMob may still show non-personalized or limited ads that use data only for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, as permitted by law.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: clearing the app's data or reinstalling the app shows the consent message again, or you can email us at the address below. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

The game is operated by 주식회사 포터블뉴트리션 (portable nutrition), Republic of Korea. Google acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through AdMob and processes it under its own policies. Because we do not keep personal data on our servers, requests about ad data are best sent to Google, but you can also contact us and we will help.

5. Users in certain US states

Residents of California and certain other US states may have the right to know about, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

6. Children's privacy

The game is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea).

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.

1. ゲームの保存データ

運営者は、本ゲームを通じて個人情報を収集せず、運営者のサーバーにも個人情報を送信しません。

3. 広告(Google AdMob)

本ゲームでは、Google AdMob のリワード広告を表示します。広告は、ユーザーご自身が見ると選んだときだけ表示され、ゲーム内の追加報酬だけを受け取れます。

広告を配信するため、Google AdMob は次の情報を収集することがあります。

収集の目的は、広告の配信、広告の効果測定・分析、不正行為の防止です。 これらの情報は Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱い、国外のサーバーで処理されることがあります。

本ゲームの運営責任者は 주식회사 포터블뉴트리션(portable nutrition、大韓民国)です。Google は AdMob で収集する情報について独立した管理者として、自社のポリシーに従って取り扱います。 運営者はサーバーに個人データを保管していないため、広告データに関するご依頼は Google へ直接お送りいただくか、運営者にお問い合わせいただければご案内します。

5. 米国の一部の州のユーザー

カリフォルニア州など一部の州の居住者は、個人情報について知る権利、削除を求める権利、ターゲティング広告のための「販売・共有」を拒否する権利を持つ場合があります。 運営者は個人情報を販売しません。端末の設定で、広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズ広告の制限ができます。

本ゲームは13歳未満(韓国では14歳未満)のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満(韓国では14歳未満)のお子様の情報を意図して収集することはありません。
